Genuine. Caring. A true friend. This is my unofficial definition of Elena (though I may submit it to Webster to see if we can make it official). We met at work, became friends over many, many burrito bowls (thanks, Chipotle), and have “grown up” together photographically. Now, I am proud to say that I’ve had the distinct pleasure of photographing beautiful moments in her journey from Perez to McLaughlin.
Elena informed me that Ian had previously taken flight lessons, and with that notion, a theme was born. We decided to begin Elena & Ian’s engagement session on the tarmac of the West Houston Airport.
This is what happiness looks like. They wear the glow well, don’t they?
After we left the airport, we stopped by a cute little spot that was perfect for a picnic.
Max Muller said, “A flower cannot blossom without sunshine, and a man cannot live without love.” Elena & Ian, may you live the rest of your lives truly and fully in love.
Live in Love,
Keda
